Lucie is our Contract & Operations Manager and heads up the implementation of strategies for increasing customer engagement across the business. She ensures the business is up to date with trends and innovative customer engagement strategies in the Commercial & Residential sectors, and maintains communication with the whole Berry workforce and our client base. Very much an integral part of the team, Lucie is a key to Berry's day to day management.
