I’m the Operations Director and Co-Owner of Berry Cleaning Solutions. Having been born and educated in Cardiff, I’m incredibly proud of my roots and the community I’m part of. Supporting local businesses and organisations across the city is something that means a lot to me.

Before Berry, I built my experience through roles in customer service, finance, and running my own business in the hospitality sector. Those experiences taught me how important trust, reliability, and strong relationships are when delivering a service that people depend on.

As a mother as well as a business owner, I bring a caring and people-first approach to the way I work. I believe the best businesses are built around looking after people properly - both our clients and the teams who deliver the work every day.

At Berry, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and work closely with our team to ensure every contract is delivered to the highest possible standard. I take pride in being hands-on and approachable, and I’m always happy to step in and help wherever needed - nothing is ever too much when it comes to making sure our clients are well looked after.
