Coming from a customer service and finance background and having run her own business, Lucie has a great understanding of what it takes to bring a team together, whilst adding a wealth of experience and positivity to the Berry team.

Lucie is Berry's Contract & Operations Manager and heads up the implementation of strategies for increasing customer engagement across the business. She ensures the business is up to date with trends and innovative customer engagement strategies in the Commercial & Residential sectors, and maintains communication with the whole Berry workforce and our client base. Very much an integral part of the team, Lucie is a key to Berry's day to day management.

 

Her diverse experience has helped create strategies that benefit Berry and our clients. With an excellent eye for recognising customer service opportunities, Lucie has made significant improvements to Berry’s application and service delivery since she has been with Berry.
